Artolution has been organizing community-based art projects in Jordan since 2013, working in the Azraq and Za’atari refugee camps and in host communities across the country.
Abo Ali is the architect behind one of the most photographed structures at the camp, the clay arches in front of his house.
We have trained over 25 artists there—Jordanian, Syrian and international—in our methodology.
In February of 2019, Artolution partnered with UNICEF to start a new program in Azraq Syrian Refugee Camp that continues to this day.
